Introduction
The 2BE series pumps feature a single-stage, single-acting structure, offering advantages such as simple design, easy maintenance, reliable operation, high efficiency, and energy savings. They are designed to withstand harsh operating conditions, including large drainage volumes and load impact fluctuations.
Key components such as the distribution plate, impeller, and pump shaft have been systematically optimized to simplify the structure, enhance performance, and achieve energy efficiency. The welded impeller is formed with stamped blades in a single operation, ensuring optimal profile design. The hub is fully machined, fundamentally resolving dynamic balance issues. The impeller and pump shaft are assembled with interference fit, ensuring reliable performance and smooth operation. After welding, the impeller undergoes comprehensive heat treatment, providing the blades with excellent toughness and fundamentally guaranteeing impact and bending resistance, making it suitable for harsh conditions with load fluctuations.
The 2BE series pumps come equipped with an integrated air-water separator and multiple exhaust ports. The pump cover includes a maintenance window for the exhaust valve, and the gap between the impeller and distribution plate is easily adjusted via the positioning bearing end caps. This design ensures convenient installation, user-friendly operation, and simplified maintenance.
